Executive Leadership Coaching & Facilitation

Coaching is a trusted relationship focused on maximizing your performance.

You’re already a top performer. You deliver. You’re trusted. You perform under pressure. Now, you’re ready for the next level of success.

For the highest achievers, improvement doesn’t come from working harder or learning more. It comes from refining how you operate—mentally, emotionally, and strategically—so that excellence feels natural and energizing. Imagine that.

Alignment, between all of you. We often over index on problem-solving with our mind. Consider the whole of mind, body, and spirit to inform your wisest decisions.

My Approach to Coaching

Unlearning, what isn’t working for you. We want change, but we don’t want to change. Shift your attitudes and habits to remove the resistance in your way.

Abundance, over scarcity. We hold ourself back with self-limiting beliefs and false assumptions. Reimagine what is possible and expand into your richest life.

Pillars of My Practice

Client-Centered. You are in charge. You will set goals and drive the focus of each session. I will ask questions, make observations, and offer knowledge as applicable.

Future-Focused. You will not dwell in the past. Coaching is not therapy. We will draw observations from the past to understand what is most helpful for you going forward.

Action-Oriented. You will have “homework”. Coaching is not a series of nice conversations. Sessions will spur insights, and in between sessions, you will take action to build habits that drive change.

Confidentiality. Above all, our sessions will uphold the strict confidentiality standards as defined by the International Coaching Federation’s Code of Ethics.
